Who We Are

Next Play Foundation was created to give every kid the opportunity to play.

We believe sports teach resilience, confidence, and character. These lessons go far beyond the game. Through accessible programs and community driven events, we aim to remove barriers and create opportunities for youth to grow both on and off the field.

Our vision is to expand opportunities across multiple sports and create consistent access points for youth to stay active year-round. We are committed to growing alongside our community and meeting the needs of the athletes we serve.

The Next Play Mindset

The Next Play mindset is about moving forward. In sports and in life, things won’t always go your way… But what matters most is how you respond. We teach athletes to stay resilient, focused, and ready for what’s next.

This mindset extends beyond the game. By learning to respond to challenges with focus and confidence, youth develop habits that carry into school, relationships, and everyday life. We aim to build individuals who are prepared not just for competition, but for whatever comes next..

Nate Murray President

As the founder of Next Play Foundation and an experienced business owner, Nate is focused on expanding access to youth sports and developing programs that create meaningful impact both on and off the field.

Brenna Lupo Vice President

With a background at the YMCA, Brenna has extensive experience working with families and youth, helping foster inclusive environments that encourage growth, participation, and community engagement.

Logan Murray Treasurer

Logan is a business owner, former standout athlete, and serves as Treasurer of the foundation. He brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail in overseeing financial operations while supporting the organization’s growth and impact.

Jenny Hall Secretary

As a business owner and experienced event planner, Jenny plays a key role in organizing and executing events that bring the community together and support the foundation’s mission.

Will Dalton Director of Community Engagement

Will brings extensive business experience and serves as a key liaison, helping build relationships and connect the foundation with partners to grow its impact in the community.
